Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and bplxch ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator"), governing your access to and use of the bplxch website available at https://bplxch.cam and all associated services, products, tools, promotional offers and content provided therein.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or making any deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and request account closure.

bplxch is an English-language online betting and casino information platform designed for use by Pakistani users and other eligible international users. We do not hold a gambling licence issued by any Pakistani authority and do not claim regulatory approval from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) or any provincial body. The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 governs gambling activities within Pakistan. Definitions

The following defined terms apply throughout these Terms and Conditions. Where the context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on bplxch, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility criteria at all times. Failure to meet any of these criteria at the time of registration — or at any subsequent time — may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals and forfeiture of bonus balances.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Proof of age will be required during the KYC verification process.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds not constituting verified deposits.
• Accurate Information: All registration information — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details — must be accurate, complete and kept up to date.
• Own Funds: You must deposit and wager only funds that belong to you and have been obtained lawfully. Using funds derived from illegal activities is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• Not a Self-Excluded Person: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion agreement or gambling block at the time of registration or thereafter.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. The determination of whether a jurisdiction is prohibited rests with the operator and may change at any time.

Registration & KYC Verification

Account registration requires you to submit accurate personal information as prompted by the registration form. bplxch reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing any withdrawal.

• Identity: A valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued photo identification. Both sides of the CNIC must be clearly legible.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or official government correspondence (typically dated within 90 days) confirming your residential address, where required by the operator.
• Selfie / Liveness Check: A live photograph or short video clearly showing your face alongside your identity document, as required by the verification system.
• Source of Funds: Bank statements, payslips or other documentation evidencing the legitimate origin of funds used for deposits, where requested by the operator for AML purposes.

You must never submit altered, obscured, falsified or fraudulently obtained documents. Submission of fraudulent documentation constitutes a material breach of these Terms, will result in immediate and permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Always submit verification documents exclusively through the operator's official secure HTTPS verification portal. Never send sensitive identity documents via unsecured email, social media, instant messaging applications or any channel that you did not initiate yourself through the authenticated account dashboard.

Terms of Use

Your use of bplxch is subject to the following general terms of use. Breach of any of these conditions may result in account restrictions, suspension or permanent closure.

The Platform is provided solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may use the Platform to place wagers, play casino games, access educational betting guides and contact support for account-related queries.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bplxch:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in any way not explicitly authorised.
• Colluding with other players, including chip-dumping in poker or table games.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known error may be voided.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing promotional restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy or any circumvention tool.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. bplxch accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security measures. Notify support at [email protected] immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Deposits & Payments

Deposits may be made using payment methods currently available in the cashier. Available methods may include familiar Pakistan payment channels such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast bank transfers, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and where supported, debit/credit cards and cryptocurrency. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to change without notice.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed.
• Minimum deposit amounts may apply per method as displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• bplxch does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which bplxch bears no responsibility.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account balance on receipt; processing times vary by method and are not guaranteed.
• PKR (Pakistani Rupee) account balances are presented where applicable. Currency conversion rates, if applicable, are determined by the operator at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal of real money funds is subject to successful completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements and the operator's current withdrawal processing procedures.

• Verified Account: Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Identity Match: The name on the receiving payment account must exactly match the name on your verified bplxch account.
• Wagering Conditions: Any active bonus wagering requirement must be met in full before the associated funds become withdrawable.
• Account Standing: Accounts under review for suspected fraud, AML investigation or policy breach may have withdrawals suspended pending resolution.

bplxch does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing windows are determined by the operator and the receiving payment provider. Bonuses & Promotions

Bonus offers, free spins, cashback promotions and any other promotional incentives made available on bplxch are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• All bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements, expiry dates and eligible games are stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Real money funds are used before bonus funds in all wager settlements unless the operator's system specifies otherwise.
• Bonus funds may only be wagered on games that contribute toward the wagering requirement, and at the contribution rate specified in the offer terms.
• Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse or in breach of these Terms will be voided and related winnings forfeited.
• bplxch reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring conditions already accepted by the User.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, live casino, slot games and other gaming activities on bplxch are governed by the specific product rules published within each game or market interface, in addition to the general rules set out below.

• Bets are settled in accordance with the official result as recognised by the operator's sports data provider. In the event of a data discrepancy, the operator's determination is final.
• bplxch reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error, incorrect odds or corrupted data has materially affected the integrity of the wager.
• Live/in-play bets are accepted at the operator's discretion and may be refused or voided in the event of an in-play event settling before the bet was confirmed by the system.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bplxch platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of bplxch or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include: (a) any resale or commercial use of the Platform or its content; (b) any collection and use of product listings, descriptions or prices; (c) any derivative use of the Platform or its content; (d) any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another party; or (e) any use of data mining, robots or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bplxch shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

bplxch does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

bplxch accepts no liability for any loss arising from: (a) Force Majeure events; (b) network failures, internet outages or device malfunctions beyond the operator's control; (c) unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security; or (d) delays in payout processing attributable to third-party payment providers.

Account Closure & Termination

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure prior to closure, subject to KYC requirements being met.

bplxch reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account without prior notice if we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that you have: breached any provision of these Terms; provided false registration or verification information; engaged in fraudulent, collusive or abusive activity; or accessed the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. In the event of closure for breach, bplxch reserves the right to withhold bonus balances and any winnings derived from activity that constituted the breach.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence where those rights may not be excluded by contract.

In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by the operator's licensing authority, where applicable.

Amendments to These Terms

bplxch reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Where a material change to these Terms may adversely affect your rights, bplxch will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
