Frequently Asked Questions

Click the registration button on the bplxch homepage and complete the sign-up form with your full legal name, date of birth, email address and a secure password. Once submitted, you will receive a verification email. Confirm your address, then log in and complete the KYC process before making your first deposit.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, to register and use bplxch. Age verification is mandatory and is checked during KYC. Accounts found to belong to underage users are closed immediately and any deposits are returned in accordance with platform policy.

No. Each individual is permitted to hold one registered account on bplxch. Duplicate accounts are a breach of our Terms and Conditions. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and bonus balances forfeited. If you have lost access to your account, contact [email protected] rather than opening a new one.

For KYC you will typically need a valid government-issued photo ID — your CNIC (both sides clearly visible) or passport — along with a recent proof of residential address such as a utility bill or bank statement. A selfie or liveness check may also be required. All documents must be submitted through the secure HTTPS portal in your account dashboard.

Standard KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 72 hours of receiving all required documents. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or if additional documentation is requested. You will be notified by email once your account status changes. Contact support if your verification has been pending for more than five business days.

Click the 'Forgot Password?' link on the login page and enter your registered email address. A password reset link will be sent to that address within a few minutes. Check your spam or junk folder if it does not arrive in your inbox. For security, bplxch will never ask for your password via email, live chat or social media.

Available deposit methods are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction. These may include bank transfer options familiar to Pakistani users such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, as well as debit/credit cards and cryptocurrency where supported. Availability varies and is subject to change. None of these providers endorse or support this operator.

Minimum deposit thresholds vary by payment method and are displayed in your cashier at the time of deposit. Check the cashier for the current minimum applicable to your chosen method. Deposit amounts are shown in the currency available on your account, which may include PKR where applicable.

Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method selected and the operator's current processing windows. bplxch does not guarantee specific timescales. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. If a withdrawal has been pending beyond the operator's stated window, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference for assistance.

Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification is incomplete, an active bonus wagering requirement has not been met, or the account is under a routine security or AML review. The payment account name must also match the name on your verified bplxch account exactly. Contact support with your withdrawal reference number for a specific explanation of any hold placed on your account.

bplxch does not charge platform fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your own payment provider — whether that is a bank, mobile wallet such as Easypaisa or JazzCash, or card issuer — may apply its own transaction charges. bplxch has no control over third-party provider fees and accepts no responsibility for charges applied by your chosen payment service.

Account currency options, including PKR availability, depend on the operator's current platform configuration. Where PKR is not a native account currency, deposits made in PKR may be converted at the operator's applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Check the cashier for current currency options available to your account.

bplxch offers a wide range of sports betting markets, including cricket (Test matches, T20 internationals, ODIs, PSL and ICC tournaments), football, tennis, basketball, UFC and more. Market availability depends on the operator's current sports coverage and may vary by event, tournament and season. Live in-play betting is available on selected markets.

In-play betting allows you to place wagers on cricket matches — including PSL games, ICC tournaments and bilateral series — while they are in progress. Odds update in real time based on the state of play. Bets placed during live play are accepted at the discretion of the system and may be refused or suspended briefly during key moments such as wickets or DRS reviews.

The bplxch casino section includes slot games, live dealer tables (such as live baccarat, blackjack and roulette), virtual table games and specialty titles. Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studios with human dealers. Game availability is subject to the operator's current software provider partnerships and may vary over time.

bplxch is fully optimised for mobile browsers on both Android and iOS devices, so you can access all features directly through your smartphone browser without needing a separate download. Where a dedicated app is available, it will be listed on the platform's homepage. Check the homepage for the latest information on mobile app availability.

Welcome bonus details, including eligibility, opt-in steps, minimum qualifying deposit and wagering requirements, are published on the promotions page of the operator's platform. To claim it, register a new account, opt in to the offer as instructed, and make a qualifying deposit. Read the full bonus terms before opting in, as wagering requirements and game restrictions apply.

A wagering requirement is a multiplier that specifies how many times a bonus amount must be turned over through real-money wagers before it can be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager PKR 20,000 on eligible games before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. Not all games contribute equally — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less or nothing.

Yes. All bonuses on bplxch carry an expiry window that begins either from the date the bonus is credited or from the date of the qualifying deposit, depending on the specific offer. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the expiry window, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited. The expiry date and time are stated in each offer's terms.

Whether multiple bonuses can run concurrently depends on the specific terms of each promotion. Generally, only one welcome bonus is available per new account, and some reload or ongoing promotions may require the previous bonus to be cleared before a new one is credited. Check the individual promotion terms for stacking rules applicable to each offer.

Log in to your bplxch account and navigate to the Responsible Gambling section of your account settings. From there you can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits and loss limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a mandatory cooling-off period before they come into force. Contact support if you need help configuring these controls.

You can request self-exclusion at any time through the Responsible Gambling section of your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected] with the subject line 'Self-Exclusion Request'. Self-exclusion is processed without delay. During an active exclusion, access to your account is blocked, deposits are disabled and all marketing communications to your address are stopped immediately.

bplxch uses HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the platform. Account access is protected by password authentication and optional two-factor controls where available. KYC documents are handled by authorised personnel only and stored in encrypted form. bplxch does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence but operates under the operator's international licensing jurisdiction.

If you notice any login activity, deposits or bets that you did not authorise, change your password immediately using the account settings and then contact [email protected] without delay. Provide as much detail as possible, including approximate times and amounts. bplxch support will place a security hold on the account while the matter is investigated. Never share your password or OTP with anyone.

bplxch support is available 24/7 via live chat through your account dashboard. For non-urgent queries, written matters or responsible gambling requests, email [email protected] — responses are typically provided within 24 to 48 hours on business days. For self-exclusion or urgent account security issues, use live chat for the fastest response. All support is conducted in English, with Urdu escalation available on request.
